Thanks to this challenge, I'm able to do 40 consecutive pushups (when I started it was around 15)!

Food for thought... What if the only social network we ever used was this EcoChallenge community, where we exchange good ideas about making the world a better place? I envision many of us would have a much more positive social media experience over the traditional social media sites. What an achievement deactivating your accounts!

Tracking the daily purchases is one of the best habits one should follow. By the end of the week/month when one starts analyzing it, he/she gets to know about the unnecessary expenses and can easily avoid those.

My challenge is going great. I've signed up for 'Excercise Daily' activity and implementing this is giving me a fresh air of energy in the morning.

Excellent! So true. I'm adding daily exercise as one of my Challenges too. It's too often easy for me to convince myself I'm "too busy" to exercise, but what a difference and improvement it makes in a day when I make time for it!
