I'm all about green... I have a solar home and religiously track my families energy consumption (sometime to my wife's dismay). Modern technology allows for a lot including water tracking, smart thermostats that are programmable and wirelessly controllable. But old technology has been employed in my home as well to cut down on energy use, like a whole house fan I installed and solar screens...

It was cool looking at the challenges and being able to say, "I've already done that..."
