Linda Gerber 10/24/2016 11:04 AMI have found myself passing up the opportunity to buy something because I didn't want to be bothered logging another purchase into my ecochallenge record of every purchase. -
Linda Gerber 10/17/2016 7:59 PMTwo of my challenges are going well. Walking and tracking purchases, but I've discovered that the only Master Recycler class in Multnomah and Clackamas Counties are held on Wednesday evenings. For 10 years I've been meeting with the same group of people to practice yoga so I won't be doing master recycling class. I wasn't able to find an online class, but if anyone knows of one let me know. -

Linda Gerber 10/07/2016 10:29 PMI'm happy to be part of the PCC EcoChallenge team!! Thanks to Alex Mihm for the great welcome, and I'm preparing for the challenge by cleaning up my garden, getting ready to plant garlic, and looking forward to that master recycler/composter class that is one of my three challenges.

Linda Gerber 9/15/2016 11:15 AMI'm pleased to have a PCC team to join! The EcoChallenge is my official fall kick off event. To me, it means the season has begun. Thanks PCC students, faculty and staff for making small changes in order to collectively have a big impact.-
Alex Mihm 9/20/2016 5:55 PMThanks for joining the team, Linda, and good to see you on here! Your EcoChallenge of signing up for a Master Recycler class is my favorite action in this whole program. Both my wife and I are certified Master Recyclers, and I can say without a doubt that it's one of the very best sustainability-related educations I've received. It's about way more than just what can go in the curbside recycling, and it's a dream for systems thinkers. Plus, you get to join a wonderful cult --- err, I mean -- community of fellow Master Recyclers who are doing great things. You'll love it!
