Ken Gorton 10/28/2016 7:19 AMI selected four challenges for this two-week period. One challenge that I selected was from Simplicity; it was to limit social media to once per day. I expected this to be quite a challenge for me as I like to keep up on my family and friend's lives. I accomplished the goal and it really wasn't as hard as I expected. -

One area where I have learned a lot is through the other Port staff blogs that are posted on the Port of Portland blog page. Ken Gorton 10/13/2016 12:07 PMLooking through the various items that meet the requirements for the Wellness credit, I noticed that I do several of the items already. It would be very tempting to just sign up for those items and get the easy credit. However, the purpose of this eco-challenge is to do something that you don't already do. Therefore, I signed up for four new items. I am looking forward to meeting these new challenges that may end up being a normal part of my life. Go team! -
