I've been slacking and forgot to check in the last couple days. Now that I'm all caught up, I'm ready to make the last day a good one! I have noticed that some of these challenges are helping me create new habits that I plan to continue once the challenge is over!

I am going to try to get a walk in today before the rain starts!

As I was riding the Max into work today, we were stopped for a mechanical issue. It turned out that everyone had to get off and wait for the next train. I decided to take the opportunity to walk the rest of the way to work. It was a nice excuse to get a 15 minute walk in and it made me feel more energized by the time I arrived at the office!

I finally remembered to turn off my laptop last night! I am not in the habit of shutting it down and I am constantly having to charge it. Hopefully the this challenge will help me get in the habit of shutting it down when I'm not using it, that way I won't have to charge it as much.

I'm excited to start the challenge! Last year I tried to cut my shower time down, but I didn't stick with it after the challenge. This year, my goal will be to stick with it after the challenge is over and I will try out some new challenges.
