    Decluttering my files of old paperwork took longer than I would have liked this evening but it did feel really good to get it done.

    My pledge to do two meatless meals a day has up leveled by overall consciousness about food and my dietary habits/choices.

    Did you pledge to reduce waste? Jeanne Roy from the Center for Earth Leadership will be at CLEAResult Portland office on Monday 10/24 at noon to give her presentation on the Path to Zero Waste. If you have had the opportunity to hear Jeanne speak you know that she is passionate about this topic and in sharing practical steps to drastically reduce household waste. Join us on Monday to hear what she has to share!

    Got in a nice riverside walk this morning (while the sun was out) as a walking one on one with my manager. Daily walks during the week (while at work) will be a good challenge for me and remind me to get up and move instead of being stagnant at my desk all day.

    My daily walk for the day was around a farm where we were visiting and collecting chestnuts. We had a great time harvesting but it was also nice just to walk around and soak in the scenery.

    My partner and daughter are joining me in my effort to declutter our home. I'm taking on a concept that a coworker shared with me - the idea is to get rid of one thing on the first day, two things on the second day, three things on the third day, etc. That is 105 things each over the course of this challenge. Do you think we can do it?
