Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Agree with Janice Clark that many of these changes have and will continue to be permanent in my life.  The challenge reminded me to be mindful in my practices.  I am very interested in reading more comments from team members and finding out more about Chase Me Again.
Go Team!  Maybe a team get together during coffee hour some Sunday soon?

Thanks so much for the opportunity to participate in the Eco-Challenge.  Good to be reminded of all I do and encouraged to think of doing more.  Special thanks to Sherry Hall of First Unitarian Church for putting our team together.  I hope that she can get a short article in the church e-news about this year's challenge to raise awareness and gain greater participation from church members next year.  Perhaps we could create out own internal challenge at First Unitarian?

I participate in a local CSA.  Here is a link to an event that Friends of family Farmers are sponsoring.  Some of you may remember Jared Gardner from first Unitarian, he will be attending.  Pre-ordering opened yesterday.  Check it out.
