Cristina Haworth 10/19/2016 9:01 AMChallenge isn't as hard as I thought. I suppose I should have chosen actions that were more difficult! I'm having difficulty deciding what qualifies as a "need" and what qualifies as a "processed food" in two of my actions. For needs, should I be focused on buying simpler ingredients for meals? Is canned pumpkin a "need," or is it just nice to have? Is shredded cheddar cheese processed? It was made out of milk, and then it was shredded, so it's technically been processed, but I don't think anyone would consider it a "processed food" like Velveeta. Drawing boundaries is difficult!-
Tara Marie Colaruotolo 10/19/2016 9:09 AMI took needs to mean food and water and medical stuff. Dont buy a new TV or anything like that. I think canned pumpkin should be fine. :)

Cristina Haworth 10/19/2016 8:57 AMStill having difficulty with this whole foods diet thing. I'm not sure what counts as processed food, since almost everything is processed in some way! I've been interpreting it as "junk food," or stuff without whole ingredients. -
Cristina Haworth 10/18/2016 10:24 AMI'm surprised by how easy some of my challenges are! The hardest one is getting away from processed foods, but making things from scratch is really pretty fun! -
