    So proud that I managed to keep up with my daily challenges. Even though it's come to an end, I'm gonna continue to make better choices in the future and keep it up!

    Chose to get off two stops before my main stop on the subway. Was a really nice night weather-wise. Today is quite a bit colder.

    I had a long, tiring day yesterday and wasn't feeling right. Writing down three things that I'm grateful for really lifted my spirits and now I'm in a much better mood and ready for the day.

      This has also helped me a lot too! I also send the email to someone to thank them each day. It seems to lift their spirits as well , which makes me feel better :)

    Eating no refined sugars is very challenging. I felt a little weak because it was hard to stick to it but I made it through the weekend.
