Caitlyn Hughes 10/21/2016 10:04 AMSome days it has been hard to not eat meat for two meals because it's just such a regular part of my life but I have found it inspiring to find other alternatives to meat and it has gotten me out of my comfort zone of eating some of the same things lots of times.
