Doesn't matter if it is the 15 minute walk in the morning with my team members here at work or my 1/2 hour walk at night with my little furbaby Joy - they are both very calming, relaxing and I am getting the exercise I need! -

Debra Jahn 10/18/2016 8:54 PMI love my walks - most days I am up to 5 miles a day, but as the weather is really wet today - I was forced to do some of it indoors and only got a couple of miles in. I need to find some place to do my walks that my little puppy can go with me! Wish we had an indoor doggie park somewhere!
