    I made a great menu plan for the week including snacks and lunches to take to work.   Had most of the things at home but have a grocery list for the other things that are needed for the rest of the week.

    I'm kind of excited for this challenge as I have been thinking of how I can make my eating habits better.   Meal planning is the best way I have found to go.   This challenge only jumps starts the process so the timing is perfect.   I'm glad to help out the EcoChallenge and also learn a few things along the way.
