    Led a hike for the Mazamas this weekend at Silver Falls State Park's "Trail of Ten Falls". First time there, definitely not the last, amazing!

    This is a very holistic and mindful way to challenge your "bubble" and grow away from many stagnant behaviors. Very cool idea!
