    Not eating meat has been harder than I thought since my body is very dependent on animal-protein.  This week I am going to try to eat more plant protein!

    I almost forgot about not eating meat today but don't usually eat meat with breakfast or lunch anyway so I remembered in time.  I made sure to eat a mindful and meat-free dinner!

    Since being at school I've let go of some of my sustainable and earth-friendly habits. I'm so excited to start ecochallenge and remind myself of how much my actions can impact the planet.
