Tou Lia Lee

Even though the past week hasn't been the sunniest, I have been waking up around the time when the sun would be rising because of the week prior was a lot sunnier, and I was able to wake up and watch the sunrise on some days. I all honestly, this challenge was simple while still being challenge to me because I usually don't wake up early to see the sunrise, but just by doing this challenge for the past 2 weeks has been really relaxing and I also seem to feel more mentally energized because of just watching the sunrise. To conclude, I think that it's really interesting that just by waking up early and watching the sunrise can relax you mind in such an amazing way.
