    Great to start each day writing 3 things I am thankful for.

    I am in the habit of taking my reusable water bottle to the gym,  I know if I forget it, I have to use the water fountain!

    The eco challenge is rewarding in so many ways.  I have made it a habit to not accept plastic shopping bags, resulting in bringing my own, or having to carry out the items bagless because I forgot to bring in my re-usable bag. Making me more aware the next time to bring my own.
