Susan Lenart 10/27/2016 3:54 AMWe're in the home stretch for this challenge, and looking back on the past several weeks I think that some of the actions I signed up for will become part of my every day activities... Some of them were hard to get started (like the reusable cups for coffee.....have to remember to set mine out in a prominent location for an easy "grab") but now are really routine! I've even got a new coffeemaker that brews directly into a thermal carafe so there's no additional energy expended on a warming plate under the pot. I've found the coffee keeps hot for a LONG time! -
Susan Lenart 10/26/2016 4:04 AMI've been exploring the land of meatless meals, and found some awesome recipes that I'll continue to make - even after this challenge is completed this week. As a result, my vegetarian niece is beyond excited, as you can imagine! -
Susan Lenart 10/25/2016 3:31 AMI did a little research to see how long it takes to do something before it becomes a habit - and see that there's some big variation in time out there....but on average, it takes about 21 days. If all goes well, I should be able to keep on doing the challenges I picked so they all become good habits! -
Susan Lenart 10/14/2016 12:02 PMThat morning cup of coffee is even better with a nice reusable Contigo cup! Stays warmer longer too :)
