Ellen Lion 10/28/2016 4:05 PMToday I walked to the store between classes instead of riding the bus. The beautiful weather is what inspired me. I enjoyed the peaceful glow of day, as I planed the rest of my time. -
Ellen Lion 10/27/2016 4:02 PMI today brushed my teeth without running water like I always do. I have made this a method a strict rule. Their is absolutely no convenience in keeping the water running while anyone brushes their teeth. I always feel bad in spirit, when ever I even think of the idea of keeping the water running during un needed occasions. I also today, once again have used a re usable water bottle. I am using a glass bottle. I try to avoid using plastic as much as possible. I often times buy my food in plastic containers, I know I should stop. I recycle all containers that can be recycled. I normally have enough glass around, to not have to use any plastic containers. I started purchasing more un cooked food then I usually do. I am making a lot of grains, and legumes on the stove top. I try to notice any possible mechanical properties in my food through taste relation. If a certain food tastes like a certain herbal remedy I sometimes research it to see if it has similar nutrition.
