Sara McCall 10/27/2016 7:54 AMOne thing I consistently HAVEN'T is the gratitude challenge: "I will write down three things every day for two weeks that I am grateful for or send one email every day thanking or praising someone." This is something I really need to work on! Might need to put a reminder on my Google Calendar, which is sort of funny (need to set a reminder to be grateful!), but also could be viewed as a reminder to take a break and notice the good around me. :)-
