    One thing I consistently HAVEN'T is the gratitude challenge: "I will write down three things every day for two weeks that I am grateful for or send one email every day thanking or praising someone." This is something I really need to work on! Might need to put a reminder on my Google Calendar, which is sort of funny (need to set a reminder to be grateful!), but also could be viewed as a reminder to take a break and notice the good around me. :)

      Sara, I do the same thing for reminders! Try it out - you never know what may help you make it a habit.
