Brooke Miller 10/24/2016 8:43 AMI am working hard to slowly transition into becoming vegetarian so challenging myself to eat more meatless meals perfect for me, yet hard at times. Living on campus makes it hard sometimes to find the protein I need, but it has been working decently so far.
