    The weather is beautiful out and makes it easier to commit to walking outdoors.  I'm trying to take a 30 minute walk each day at lunchtime.  Today was lovely!

    The Eco Challenge last year inspired me to stop buying bottled water on a regular basis.  I have filtered water at home and at the office.  I have continued to use a reusable water bottle since last year!
