Caleb Mitchell 10/28/2016 9:55 AMCan say I'm too pleased about it, but I did mulch one tree for the sake of the points... the three bags in my garage still need to get spread around, so it will get done, just not in this time frame.
Muscle through it my friends. -
Caleb Mitchell 10/27/2016 8:48 AMBaby-watch 2016. Had to turn up the water heater this morning, glad I insulated pipes last year (before this eco-challenge, missed out on points for this year)
Be patient my friends. -
Caleb Mitchell 10/26/2016 9:32 AMCursed weather - i've a one-time challenge to do some mulching, but i want to make sure the leaves come down first... i'm trying to do this for the planet and it's eco-blocking me!!!
Stay calm my friends -
Caleb Mitchell 10/25/2016 8:20 AMSocial notice: days are getting shorter, evenings are getting darker, headlights are getting brighter. Bicyclists please, please wear reflective clothing. Pedestrians wearing fashionable dark clothing please wait for traffic to notice you before walking into intersections.
Stay safe my friends. -
Caleb Mitchell 10/24/2016 7:26 AMAnother thing to consider this ecochallenge is voter responsibility. Chances are there's a ballot measure with direct environmental consequences. And there's certainly candidates, local and national, who will impact aspects of the world around us.
It's centainly not the only factor to consider, and its up to you to consider its importance, but it is a choice with lasting implications.
Vote my friends, please vote. -

Caleb Mitchell 10/21/2016 2:27 PMThe winter peas have started to come up, just as the tree leaves have started to fall. and clog the gutter. and dam up the street storm drain. time to break out the hip waders to clear the grates.
Watch out for hydroplaning my friends. -
Caleb Mitchell 10/20/2016 8:55 AMTaking a few minutes for a walk, even during a stressful time, can really be a rejuvenating thing to do.
