    This week we are replacing  our old, drafty, Vermont fireplace  with a 4 stage, ultra efficient (.58 grams per hour emissions) insert.  While this is a substantial investment, we are projected to save approximately 1,200 gallons of home heating oil per year. 

    I received roughly the same amount of points as walking to work for three days...
