    I really enjoy the focus on disconnecting from technology on this challenge (I do however, note the irony, that I'm typing this on a computer).  Shutting down and going for a 15 walk without looking at your phone definitely helps you recharge and refresh.  If you've not done so lately, make the time to shut down the technology and walk!

    In fairness I've been on OG&E's wind power program for years, however I have spread the word to friends who have signed on.  It's one of the easiest changes I've made and it's only about a $5 premium per month over coal fired power.

    Switching the washer to cold water seems to have made no difference in the cleanlinnes of our clothes.  That was an easy switch to make!
