Mike Mush 10/28/2016 6:06 AMI really enjoy the focus on disconnecting from technology on this challenge (I do however, note the irony, that I'm typing this on a computer). Shutting down and going for a 15 walk without looking at your phone definitely helps you recharge and refresh. If you've not done so lately, make the time to shut down the technology and walk! -
Mike Mush 10/21/2016 5:53 AMIn fairness I've been on OG&E's wind power program for years, however I have spread the word to friends who have signed on. It's one of the easiest changes I've made and it's only about a $5 premium per month over coal fired power. -
