Biggest takeaways for west coast seafood lovers like myself: Avoid Chinook salmon, Coho salmon and wild halibut (sad face). Instead, choose PNW wild salmon (yay), Alaskan cod, pacific Albacore tuna and Canadian Tilapia. -
