Ashley Nored 10/20/2016 12:43 PMYesterday I brushed up on sustainable seafood choices via the Seafood Watch website. Biggest takeaways for west coast seafood lovers like myself: Avoid Chinook salmon, Coho salmon and wild halibut (sad face). Instead, choose PNW wild salmon (yay), Alaskan cod, pacific Albacore tuna and Canadian Tilapia. -

Also - Yesterday I majorly failed to avoid refined sugar...I love cookies and Reese's peanut butter cups too much to go cold turkey. -
