    Over the course of this challenge I did a good job of selecting organic foods and meals at the the dining hall. For example, every morning after track lifting I ate a veggie omelet along with chocolate milk and water. Knowing that eggs and the various veggies were organic, I also saw it as a good source of nutrients for replenishing bodily systems after lifting.
