Jackie Parker 10/24/2016 11:28 AMSurprisingly I've found that my health challenge to avoid refine sugar is hardest when I can't chew gum or pop a mint in my mouth. I knew it would be a challenge in the evening but the gum/mints surprised me. On a good note I did lose a couple pounds last week :-) -
