    I plan on maintaining a modified version of my challenge but I'm really looking forward to being able to have gum/mints again on Saturday!

    Surprisingly I've found that my health challenge to avoid refine sugar is hardest when I can't chew gum or pop a mint in my mouth.  I knew it would be a challenge in the evening but the gum/mints surprised me.  On a good note I did lose a couple pounds last week :-)

    Gave up coffee today in preparation for my "Avoid Refined Sugar" challenge - found a great replacement that I can drink without adding sugar - Organic Hibiscus Tea
