Shelby Perket 10/31/2016 3:07 PMMy challenge was to take a 30 minute walk outside everyday. I decided to do this one because I normally don't talk walks outside and I normally just go to the gym instead. I ran into a few challenges with that and was held back on a couple of days. The biggest challenge with walking outside is having the weather cooperate. There were days that were really rainy and cold that I didn't walk outside during. I think it will help my relationship with the environment because I appreciated the little things more than I normally would during my nature walks. I noticed all the different colors of the trees, different animals that were walking around, and the sounds that everything was making as well. Overall, I thought it was different to have an assignment like this and really liked it.
