Mary Phillips 10/24/2016 9:04 AMI was sick all weekend, which made it rather hard to get out and walk or garden. However, being too sick to eat much did make it a lot easier to avoid sugars! -
Mary Phillips 10/20/2016 3:02 PMI thought the walks in the rain would be my challenge, but they are going okay, its avoiding the refined sugar that's the hardest for me right now with how little sleep the baby lets me get! Gotta find better snacks/treats to replace them! -
