    Still working at the health category challenge - couldn't refuse a sweetened ice cold lemonade yesterday

    Since the start of the challenge I have avoided purchasing any plastic beverage bottles, exercised at least 30 minutes each day in the beautiful Afton state park enjoying the fall color-rama and de cluttered / re-cycled my  overflowing magazine and newspaper basket.
