Melissa Porter 10/28/2016 2:18 PMThis has been so much fun! It only took a few days for both my boyfriend and I to get used to not needing running water while brushing our teeth. New habit for life! And as far as eating at least one meal a day with whole food - I usually ended up eating two every day - sometimes three. Once you start looking at food through the "whole food filter" it is easy to make substitutions and decisions that are healthier. -
Melissa Porter 10/28/2016 8:06 AMLast night my boyfriend and I dug our old Earth Machine out of the garage and set it up again in our backyard. We let it go "dormant" a few years ago during a landscaping project, and this challenge reminded me it was time to start composting again for our garden. -
