Jennifer Reece 10/11/2016 10:36 AMI chose challenges that will push me to do more for the environment, but are achievable in two weeks. I already eat mostly vegetarian, but will go completely vegetarian during the challenge. I also have mostly paperless billing, but do receive catalogs that I can stop. The driving part is tough since I live in Portland and work in Vancouver, but I can definitely walk or bike more around town.
