    Never realized how effortless this task would be.

    Just got back from an evening walk, it felt very relaxing.

    Today I used zero plastic water bottles. I only drank from a glass cup and avoided any plastic bottles.

    Very excited to change my not so good or healthy habits for good, healthy and environmentally friendly habits, and in the near future they will become an everyday routine in my life.
