At first, remembering to turn the water off while I brushed my teeth was very hard. Sometimes, I didn't realize that I forgot to turn the water off until I was finished. After a few days, though, I got into the habit of turning the water off. I did that by walking away from the faucet so I had a reason to turn it off. So, instead of standing there with the water running, I walk back to my room and then back to the bathroom when I'm done. It's second nature to me now!
