    I did a nice workout outside yesterday with Wild Friends!  There were about 40 people at Alberta Park that showed up for a nice circuit workout.  It was nice to switch it up and workout in nature!

    I've been enjoying taking a 10 minute walk outside each day.  Luckily I bought an OutDry jacket last spring for when it's raining!

    I went out and bought a bowl, plate, and utensils so that I can have reusable items at my desk.  I use a lot of utensils during the week, so this will be an improvement!
