Luke Russell 10/27/2016 7:23 PMThe challenge has really helped me out because I am spending 30 minutes everyday outside running, instead of watching Netflix. It is really rewarding to see how far I have come in the last 2 weeks, and I have been able to see some really neat parts of La Crosse too.
