Kayla Scheafer 10/17/2016 2:58 PMWell I'm finding that what I thought would be the hardest task is actually the easiest. Going meatless for one meal is pretty easy and I find myself really thinking about what I'm going to eat instead of being mindless. The rain had deterred me from walking outside which was my plan. new plan of stretching/yoga when I can't swim. Habits are hard to break with the screen time; easier said than done when I want to tune out an d catch up on Netflix.
