    I've been waiting for a kick-start to get back into running.. this just might be what I needed.  My goal is to hit the road on Oct 14.

      If you're looking to start from the beginning try the C25K app. I was getting over a shin splint and after a break wanted to get back into running. I used this and it slowly got me back to where I wanted to be

    The challenges all seem reasonable and doable.  The trick is remaining cognizant of the small things that add up to make a big difference.
