The challenge is great to keep me on my toes and paying attention to my daily choices. I am doing well at watching energy use at home and work. The diet on the other hand is a constant challenge to make good choices through out the day when rushing to get to work and source a healthy and affordable source for lunch -- dinner is the easiest to control. -
