CAROL SILVA 10/28/2016 1:02 PMWhat with our gray, rainy October weather it hasn't always been easy to remember to turn off lights around my house. Winter is the hardest time for that because it is more pleasant to have a little light than a mostly dark house on a dark day when the sun goes down by 5:30pm.
