    Took a walk in the SUN (sun? what's that?) to a lunchtime appointment on the final day of the Challenge.  Vitamin D = good.

    I got a workout hauling pumpkins in from the pumpkin patch with my family on Sunday.

    Took a warm-up run on Saturday with my 6th grade soccer team then coached them to a 1-1- draw.
