    I took another 5 minute shower today, I thought it'd be more challenging to complete than it has been. Feeling good so far.

    Showering less and using a reusable water bottle are two steps I really wanted to try earlier on but never really attempted. So far both have been easy to complete. Showering less means I can get out the door earlier in the morning. And I just bought a nice HydroFlask, which feels so much better than using a plastic bottle everyday.
