    I decided during the Eco Challenge to commit to taking public transportation at least 1 day a week. I learned that this would reduce almost 4 pounds of carbon emissions each day. I also found that taking the Max significantly decreased my stress because I wasn't stuck in traffic and was able to catch up on podcasts!

    I made my meal plan for this week on Saturday, went to the farmer's market and on Sunday prepped my food for the week. Completed two of my eco challenge goals in the process.
