This week I volunteered both for a local CSA - The Good Seed Initiative - and for a community bazaar at a local middle school. It was great to be a part of the work at The Good Seed Initiative. We harvested some produce in the garden then cleaned up some beds to prepare for the cold season. At the community bazaar, I helped serve food with a local church. It was fun to get to meet some new people while also serving in such an easy but tangible way.

This morning I intentionally ate a lighter breakfast than normal. I had a bagel with honey and a few orange slices instead of having sausage or even eggs.
