Conserving water has been the most difficult task for me to complete daily. The reasons I find it so hard are based out of habit. I know that I can do thinks quickly and efficiently when it come to how long I keep the water on and at what pressure as well. It is like learning how to shower again and that is difficult.

he best part of this challenge was spending 15 minutes outdoors. I have moved some of what I do at the gym to outdoors and have found that I am able to concentrate more when I am outside and at the park. I feel more motivated to do sprints when I am outside. I also like the walks. I live about ten minutes walk to the grocery store and and have been able to walk there and not buy to much because I know I have to walk back. Its been a great exercise and challenge.

I love taking walks in the rain. It was a very nice walk this morning. The dog did not feel the same way though.

So today I was able to do better food shopping for the week. I got a list of the recipes I will make for the week and will prepare them this evening. I only bought the food I will eat. I did not go hungry. I also only got food from the perimeter of the store. I think I did really good today. I also brought my own bag and did not use plastic for the produce. I got reusable bags for the future.

Failed when it came to food today. My car problems left me unable to prepare my meals for the day. I ended up eating whatever work had and Wendy's

Okay, I am super proud of myself. I was able to shave and wash my hair in less than 5 minutes. How you ask? One leg yesterday, and one leg today!

This is probably the hardest part of this challenge. I have a very varied schedule and planning what I am going to eat and doing the prep is rough. Or I should say that doing the prep work is very easy. It is that I cannot eat on a regular schedule at all. And what I am prepping does not fit into the times that I can eat. I follow a very regimented macros schedule for the fitness and training that I do. I basically have not eaten half the things I prepped. At this point for this next few days when I go into the weekend I am planning on just boiling a bunch of eggs, prepping chicken, having lettuce or spinach on hand and a bunch of fruit and tuna. I feel like this week I have wasted more food than I have saved.
