    Yay, last day!!  I really enjoyed the challenge and learned new habits.   It definitely made me more aware of my actions .

    Instead of going for a 30 minute walk yesterday, I took a dance class at my local gym.  It was so much fun and got a good workout!

    I've been taking walks during by brakes instead of sitting in front of my computer.  I find it quite refreshing!

      How have you enjoyed taking the Max so far? I've been making this change as well and finding it so much more relaxing than battling traffic.

    The weather made it difficult to want to stay active this past weekend but I'm happy I was able to complete my 30 minute walk both Saturday and Sunday.
