I feel like I'm becoming more conscious of the water. I'm starting to turn the water off immediately after rinsing my toothbrush before brushing or rinsing my mouth out. So I'm feeling very proud. I'm hoping to maintain new habits.

Sometimes it takes me longer to remember, especially if I have had a bad day and this weekend has been stressful for me. So I zone out a bit while brushing my teeth which means that it takes me a little longer to catch that I have left the water running. I am not completely forgetting, so I'm calling it a win because I'm not letting the water run as much as I used to.

I almost forgot this morning but the sound of the running water reminded me and I automatically turned it off. I'm so proud because this is really a hard one for me.
