    Time zone differences and the need to balance conference with workload are making my work-life balance challenges pretty hard for me.  Even not meeting these challenges as I would like is good for thought for me...

    Offset my travel miles by purchasing offsets--although I need to talk to the experts to make sure I'm using reputable ones.  I think I'm going to do this for all of my trips!

    I walked way more than my 30 minutes today, as I managed to get lost about 40 times on my travels.  Not surprising for those that know me... on the other hand, I'm failing miserably at sleeping well on my trip...

    Traveling today, which makes some of these new patterns all the more difficult.  Did make a point of walking for 30 minutes in the airport while I was waiting for my next flight.

    Stopped composting last spring as we had an overabundance of bugs.  EcoChallenge was a great motivation to get it up and running again!
