On this final day of the EcoChallenge, I'm realizing just how important it is to walk in nature every day. What a great challenge to spend at least 30 minutes outside, even in the rain!

I "borrowed" a kill-a-watt from work and checked out the energy use of some items at home. A food dehydrator used a full kWh of power overnight!

This challenge has been really motivating for me.  I have been taking time out of each day (all days so far!) to walk or run.  It has helped me energetically and mentally.

Completed an audit of toxic chemicals in my home. Low dose bug spray and some paint thinner is all I had and they're kept out of reach. Yay!
