I was in the Galapagos Islands during most of the challenge and couldn't actually log into the internet, but I worked at keeping to my challenges as best I could!

It is surprisingly hard not to read something or go watch TV when eating.  I catch myself doing those things because I am trying to eat mindfully as one of my eco challenges.  This has turned out to be my toughest challenge!

Going well, bit of a chilly walk today. Bag of clothes, rugs and towels are going to the Goodwill today.

I have 3 big boxes of stuff to go to Good Will.  I have to focus on what I have accomplished, because if I think about all the rest of the clutter I have to let go of it will drive me crazy and discourage me from meeting this challenge.

 Checked in 10 minutes on social media, then turned it off!  Plenty of time left in the day to walk the dog, read and cook up some applesauce before dinner!
